The Moon Dial 

The Moon Dial that contains ancient characters. It is located near the Moon Citadel, underwater, and is used for Solar Gardening. In the past, when Solaria and the Moon World aligns as sibling planets, Solaria's light energy creates a magic blast that hits the Moon Dial. Once the energy is taken by the Moon Dial, it flourishes the Kingdom's Greenery, and makes the Moon's plantations beautiful and alive.
